diamonds not being claimed

im clicking "claim" but they wont show up ingame... and yes, i restarted the game... i claimed 250 a few minutes ago but i got nothing, i was at 65 before, and i'm still at 65

no, it isn't the code, it's the plugin store on the forum, i can't claim any diamonds even though people have clearly bought my plugins...
