There really isn't enough representation of the Glorious DPRK in TheoTown.

I've got a couple ideas, ideally used as Commercial or Residential, instead of a landmark or what-have-you.

1: The Singer Building, NYC. It was briefly the world's tallest building, and demolished in the 60's.

2: City Investing Building, NYC. On the same block as the Singer Building (...I think), it is a quite cool looking, 20-some story skyscraper demolished at the same time as the Singer Building

3: Sohmer Piano Building, NYC. Across from the Flatiron Building is this building. I just like how it looks...

4: Kaiserhof Hotel/Hotel Atlantic, Chicago. It changed names during WW1, if you're wondering why I included two names. The first part of he building was built in 1889, I think, with a much taller addition being completed in 1915. The building was demolished in the 60's (This seems to be a recurring trend), though it has some interesting history.

I may think of more later, but for now, I hope this gives you so e ideas. Heck, you could even design your own building sort of based on different aspects of all four buildings.

Another idea: old Sears houses. Basically, you could order an unassembled new house from the Sears catalogs back in the day. This model, the "Argyle," would be neat. Here's one on Google maps (definitely not my house why would you even suggest that heh heh heh heh heh please don't stalk me):

And also, here's some pictures of them:

Or maybe an airport plugin which looks good, is profitable and is modular.

Look how beautiful these houses are. Would you really not give them the precedence?
I am not arguing for real, but the fact I would like them in Theotown is true
I am thinking of making some myself though

I wouldn't give precedence. To me those are just poorly built structures.
