The citizens of "Dodo" has organized an event name "sail boat race". The race rules are

The person who goes the furthest = Winner and also got the gold medal

And I'm the chairman of the event.

What , nobody builds Sailboat Marinas ??

We built four sailboat marinas in our capitol and there are dozens of sailboats on the water.

Perhaps you should try staging this event again in future.

You could call the trophy , " The Wepf Cup " which would be an arm - full size silver statue of the dog ( ? ) or other creature ( ? ) in your avatar.

( Though that would not make it a cup. But that would be the eccentric charm of it ; A trophy called a cup that isn't a cup. )
