An accidental transfer of progress that bothered me too much

Hello everyone. I play with two phones, but I've already abandoned one, logged into the game on an abandoned one, logged into my account and that's it. I logged into the account that I had on this phone, while I had 83 diamonds on the abandoned phone in the game, and 300-something on this one. I was saving up for a military base. I then logged into the game from an unused phone and I was horrified. All my 300-something diamonds are gone. there were 83 of them. How do I get it all back?? Help!
