Bug Reporting Guidelines

Most issues can be resolved directly on Discord or here in the forum with the help of our helpers. Please only use formal bug reports in cases where an issue cannot be resolved there. This helps us focus on issues that affect the game as a whole.

This page explains when a bug report via email is appropriate and how to submit one properly.

Please do NOT send a bug report if:
  • the issue is caused by a plugin
  • the issue cannot be reproduced
  • the issue has already been explained or resolved by helpers
  • the issue is a feature request or suggestion
In these cases, a bug report will not help and may not be processed.

When is a bug report appropriate?

A bug report via email is appropriate if:
  • the issue is reproducible
  • the issue affects core gameplay or multiple users
  • helpers were unable to resolve the issue
If you are unsure, please ask a helper first.
