Bug Reporting Guidelines

Most issues can be resolved by consulting the FAQ or asking in the forum or Discord.
Please only send a formal bug report if the issue cannot be resolved there.
This helps us focus on issues that affect the game as a whole.

This page explains when a bug report via email is appropriate and how to submit one properly.

Please do NOT send a bug report if:
  • the issue is caused by a plugin
  • the issue cannot be reproduced
  • the issue has already been explained or resolved by helpers
  • the issue is a feature request or suggestion
In these cases, a bug report will not help and may not be processed.

When is a bug report appropriate?

A bug report via email is appropriate if:
  • the issue is reproducible
  • the issue affects core gameplay or multiple users
  • helpers were unable to resolve the issue
If you are unsure whether something is a bug, please check the FAQ or search the forum/Discord before contacting helpers.
