Small Factory

I'm back with another plugin! This time it's a small, 3x3 factory, reminiscent of older brick factories. It's 3 by 3 (as stated before), a level 2 low-density industrial building. This is my upgraded version of New Clark Aquatic Center.

New Clark Aquatic Center is a swimming and diving venue which hosted the aquatics sports of the 2019 South East Asian Games (SEA Games) and is situated in the city of New Clark in Capas, Tarlas, Philippines. This venue is set to host the Asian Swimming Championships in the future.
