Tencent Seafront Towers, Tencent's new global headquarters, is located in the Shenzhen
Science and Technology Park in Nanshan District. Designed by the American architectural
firm NBBJ, its concept is "interconnectivity," with three interconnected towers (culture,
health, and knowledge) linking the north and south towers, symbolizing interconnection.
The south tower is 248 meters tall with 50 floors, and the north tower is 194 meters tall
with 41 floors. With smart office solutions and exceptional human-centered design, it
features a 300-meter sky running track, a climbing wall, a heated swimming pool, and
other amenities. It has achieved LEED Gold certification and is a landmark of intelligent

Wangchao Center is located in the core area of Hangzhou’s Qianjiang Century City.
It is an urban complex integrating office, commercial, hotel, and residential functions.
The main tower stands 288 meters tall with 57 floors, and has a total floor area of
125,000 square meters. It is expected to become fully operational in early 2026.
Designed by the American firm SOM, the building is inspired by the Qiantang River
tide and the ripples of West Lake; its streamlined facade integrates the essence of
Hangzhou’s landscapes into a modern architectural language. Eight champagne-colored
concrete-filled steel tube mega-columns spiral upward, working in coordination with the
central core to bear structural forces, offering both sculptural presence and strong seismic
and wind resistance.

The former headquarters of the Ministry of Justice
