Hello mga Kababayan, this is Philippine Diamond Tower, (1st plugin) one of the Cancelled skyscrapers in the Philippines. Today, this plugin has been updated (V 2.2) "Improved Ground Texture"

Note: Due to the limited source of the PDT design, most of the details of PDT are made in my analytical imagination and theory from that limited source.

The Philippine Diamond Tower (PDT) was a high-rise observational and broadcast tower initially planned to be built on North Triangle, Quezon City. Additionally, this tower served as a landmark not just for Metro Manila but for the whole Philippines. The height of the building was purposefully planned to be 612 meters; its height represents Philippine independence that occurred on June 12, 1898.

The influences applied in this plugin are:
Culture (300) - The PDT was a Philippine landmark as a whole, due to its triangular foundational design that embodying the 3 stars (islands), the culture area from PDT are abundant and spacious.
Park (50) - The ground floor of PDT had a grass and trees, it is considered as a mini park. Additionally, the elevation of the tower is one of the factor, the people on the top of the tower can enjoy the view of the landscape of your beautiful city.
Management (100) - Since PDT was a broadcasting tower that served as an antenna, it radiated information like news and management to the people in your area.

Despite the enormous influence, the monthly cost of the tower is inevitable, it costs 1,450 Theons for the structure maintenance and especially the culture, park, and management influence provider.
