Hello everyone, our plugin for a day is one of the Philippine skyscrapers that has never been built; the second plugin is "PAGCOR Tower."

The PAGCOR Tower was a proposed observation tower located close to Manila Bay in Parañaque, Metro Manila, Philippines, with a height of 665 meters. The tower was intended to serve as the focal point of the recently opened Pagcor City (also known as Entertainment City Manila), an integrated recreational area with hotels, shopping centers, casinos, and convention centers. It would have been one of the highest towers not merely in the Philippines but in the whole world if it had been built.

The influences applied in this plugin are:
Culture (315) - The Pagcor Tower itself was a landmark that was supposedly a focal point of the establishing Entertainment City near Manila Bay.
Park (50) - The ground floor had trees and a water fountain; it is considered a mini park. Additionally, one of the reasons is its long elevation, which allows those elevated atop the tower to take in views of your lovely city.
Management (100) - Like Philippine Diamond Tower, Pagcor Tower was also a broadcasting tower that served as an antenna, it radiated information like news and management to the people in your area.

Notwithstanding the favorable advantages, the maintenance cost of the building is 1,475 Theons to keep the building standing tall.
