What? The plugin store on my PC keeps showing a network error and fails to load
I downloaded TheoTown from Steam, but I can't access the plugin store or any online features in the game. I'm going to update the game or Java first to see if that fixes it.

- Is Steam is running in online mode?
- Do you have 64-bit Java? If not, please install and then restart your PC
- Did you verify file integrity on Steam?

Because it's too "complex" and "time-wasting" for the dev(s) to implement the feature in online regions. The game previously had 2 devs but around 2 and a half months ago one has retired.
