My category is a separate .json and not a part of the zones .json.
If the category json is after the zone json then it won't work. Put some zs in zone json or as in cat json.

I think the probability of the accidents significantly rises when the traffic is heavy. I had one old highly jammed town and plenty of them appeared there. They can be removed using road decoration removal tool or they will just disappear on their own.

Since they are considered as cars they are already driveable.

I still think driving other vehicles would be an useless feature.

Here's a complete rework, with better texture and matching the current waterfronts. You may want to provide rotation frames as well.

For JSONs, look in the Tutorials and Documentation section. There are plenty of tutorials and information about creating basic plugins.

What have you exactly mean by that? If you want to change the colors you would have to override the whole zone, but I think it wouldn't really work. You may also place your own texture in the game using some coords (if I'm right).
