I don't see why there would be negative feedback because if you don't like the sand you can place water or land on the tile instead. Also it would be seeds at random with the sand already there or not. Pick your seed.

Idk if it's in beta but adding some sand to the edges of the water bodies in some of the different seeds you can choose from imo would be a good idea. It shouldn't take to much work yo do either because the sand option is there already.

It would be nice if we had some famous monuments from around the globe. Such as the eiffel tower, tokyo tower, leaning tower of pisa, famous houses of worship, Brandenburg gate, Toronto radio tower, and etc etc. that could be used for the culture rating in are cities. Maybe in another update there should be an entertainment influence for your residential zones. For example, casinos, nightclubs, theaters. Each type of entertainment building has a different area of effect. Also will attract more residential TT, and TTT residents.

Thanks. Taxes are lowered to 1 percent. I also have alot of industrial, and dense commercial. Maybe it takes time idk. I always place lots of services around all my zones. Everything is in the green. I'll.play around and see what happens.
