For android I use pixel editor but Google Play store has hundreds of apps.
For windows, ms paint or paint.net will work.

Do You wanna restart your city? If so go to the reigon button (globe icon), then click on your city, then click on bulldozer icon. It will restart your city. If you wanna restart your reigon. Click on the reigon button and click on reigon, from there you can make your new reigon. Hope this helps.

Hello! This is my first plugin. I made a small energy source called genrator. I believe you might have seen it in real life. in game , it produces 1000kW of energy.
