Automatic Winter Remastered

Changes the season based on the selected month. It can be customized on a city-by-city basis using the winter panel in the plug-in settings tab. I updated the Nature Pack to v1.3.4. Giants/tsunamis will no longer spawn naturally, and I added a manifest file for online players.

I decreased the giants chance of spawning, I didn't remove it entirely. I'll adjust the plug-in again this week.

City.getView() With Elevated Terrain

I noticed that City.getView() does not account for tiles on elevated terrain. It will only see tiles on level zero. Is there any way around this limitation?
