I first put the folder with the two folders inside and it just didn't work. Then i tried putting two folders from the plugin into the plugin folder seperately, and it still didn't work. Keep in mind that I downloaded the expanded version. There’s only one folder in the plugin if you unzip it though...

What do you mean? Did you receive an error message or could you just not find the flags (they’re in a category under Public > Decorations)? Have you checked that you put the file in the right place?

V4 just dropped with pieces with arcades (i.e. rows of arches) at their base, which is the main thing. I also forgot to put a post for V3 which added tall variants, blocks, and inverted corners. As of this post, V4 is still pending approval on the plugin store but V3 is up.
