Use covered parking plugin and tricyle plugin. Make something like bus terminal for intercity travel(only for appearance) using rail platforms. And avoid rail flyover but make a rail track surrounded by trees and a fence or slums. I think those would look good.

Well basically I need suggestions on what to fill between skyscraper area and school district. I mean which architecture:japan,european,modern,office,market etc. As you all can see the tourist complex is quite nearby too while european styled old city in west so i need a plan which can conviently ...
