Does anybody know how to make a pack of buildings that are similar to Los Angeles architecture?

Its y 1st time ever trying creating plug-ins for a specific theme k been trying to create. It looks alright but I was wondering could somebody possible finish detailing for me. I already have the buildimgs in a zip file.
