Well, The Idea is just copied from mine.
The code is completely different from mine, with the numbers tweaked. There is absolutely no deterrent to stop people from building on non-sanbox cities like mine.

Maybe it might be your unique code (have not checked)
But the actual plugin isn't unique and no offense but Kamikazi's looks so much better
