You can do by using your pc: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201301
or the files app on you device: https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT206481

Put the plugin files you downloaded from the forum in the plugins folder of TheoTown and you are good to go :)

Right now there is no easy function for that. However, you could use:

City.getCity():getTile(x, y).building:setPerformance(performance)
with performance being a float number, 1 for 100%. The performance value will be clipped by the min and max values specified in the draft of the building.

The condition to place road decorations was

(road.flags & deco.requiredFlags) != 0
which means that only if common flags are set the decoration can be built. I'll change it so that you can always build decorations on roads without flags :)

Thank you for your report, this sounds similar to an issue where the game UI disappeared after opening the notification tray. An update for that will be available within some days, let's see if it also fixes the crash :)

What I would do is to replace the whole building with one that spawns cars once the upgrade was applied using Lua or Fun.

Go to advanced search
