Right now there is no easy function for that. However, you could use:

City.getCity():getTile(x, y).building:setPerformance(performance)
with performance being a float number, 1 for 100%. The performance value will be clipped by the min and max values specified in the draft of the building.

The condition to place road decorations was

(road.flags & deco.requiredFlags) != 0
which means that only if common flags are set the decoration can be built. I'll change it so that you can always build decorations on roads without flags :)

Thank you for your report, this sounds similar to an issue where the game UI disappeared after opening the notification tray. An update for that will be available within some days, let's see if it also fixes the crash :)

It's an attribute for cars; If you set it to false (e.g. for fire engines) they won't be charged by tollbooths.

Please have a look in the following folder for a crash.txt:
C:/Users/Your username/TheoTown (similar path on other OS)

It should give us a hint on what went wrong. In any case, you can remove the contents of TheoTown/managed plugins to remove all plugins at once.

Hi, this sounds unfortunate. Please let me know which operating system you are using.

The error message indicates that for whatever reason the game failed to allocate the necessary textures on your GPU. This can have various reasons the graphics driver doesn't tell us.

It's an animation, but it will only use the first frame of it. Could be possible to change that behavior. Depending on your requirement you could actually replace the rain frames by using Lua.
