For some reason, when I download the train category and the rest of the plugin pack and install them, the train category doesn't show up.

I bet if I placed it down, the people in my country would be like "Is it organic"? "I'm on a diet, i can't eat that"

So it's a randomly spawning park?

Well honestly, keeping up with made-up news about a country you built in game gets tiring after some time, so it's only normal.
