Don't raise taxes!

Tax rate of 20% on all residentials and industrial $ for fun caused population drop from 498,000+ at the time to 439,345 and a crash. Cannot load it, so will be progressing with Toiiol25. I don't know if 1,000,00 is possible. It runs OK at 500,000. It's a good thing I have cold weather, as it warms up the tablet. Yes, you are welcome to put the name of Toiiol on your map.
