Did you recently update or reinstall your game? That could lead to data loss. Also, it is highly recommended to backup your data by duplicating your TheoTown game folder and storing it somewhere else in your phone.

Please be patient as new versions are still being perfected, developer will upload latest versions when everything goes well. And the current latest release on GitHub is 1.12.73, which is not really outdated.
