Unless youre showing your city, you are in the wrong place (may showcase). Let me just move you to a more appropriate place.

You cannot use the placement attributes as you are not a privileged creator. Try making plugins without placement and privileges to start out.

For one, you dont have privileges.
As a second, they only work in unzipped folders.

What exactly do you mean by locked? As in you have reached the city requirements but you cannot build more?

It would also be useful to get a version number. This should be at the bottom of settings on in the bottom left corner when you enter the game.

Have the plugins been downloaded while you logged into the account? If you downloaded them before you logged in and logged in after the fact, then they will not be saved to your account. I believe the system just works this way to prevent people from using diamonds ...
