Yep, theres no additional purchases as it is paid upfront when you buy the game on steam. So everything like military and building expansion packs and stuff youd normally buy for diamonds on mobile are unlocked. Plus, additional features (No build time/speed up/slow down unlocked)

To answer the actual topic of this post though, you can use the in-game file manager to export the towns you want - this will probably be the best way especially on new versions of android. On ios, you should be able to find it within your device files as well. Locate the city files you want to keep...

Hello, to make a plugin on pc, you can use paint.net to draw the graphics. Most creators I know which do use pc uses that. Heya, have you restarted your pc after installing 64 bit java?

Thats not the kind of consoles TheoTown uses. Consoles is pretty much a command tab which can be used to run certain command like generating regions. TheoTown was originally made for mobile devices and the PC version came later.

Likely just upgrading buildings. Patience and you will build the number up. One was you can check is using the statistics menu. See if the TTT population is increasing or constant. If it is, thats a good sign, if it isnt maybe give a couple of minutes and then check.
