Is it possible to make road deco react when vehicle is on the tile? just like military checkpoint.

Hi I really have trouble to make intersection markings othet than 1x1. Can tou help me because I'd like to have 2x2, 3x3 intersection marks... :/ For 2x2 just place 4 corner intersections then touch them to rotate. for 3x3 just add line intersections between corner intersections and touch on it aga...
