Can I detect a building upgrade through Lua?

Hello,
I am wondering if you can detect building upgrades through Lua. I know you can detect certain buildings through Draft.getDraft (""), but I would like to know if this would work with upgrades, or if there's another equivalent.

RS7 is owl sounds btw. I'll take a look into it's volume sometime though. I might also tone down how often some sounds play as well.

If you go into the plug-in's folder, you'll notice a bunch of JSON files. To disable any part of the plug-in, simply remove the JSON files you don't want or add an underscore to the beginning of their names. Well i download your great plugin from plugin store :) so in folder "managed plugins" there...

Honestly, I think the inflation can get a bit ridiculous sometimes. If my income and inflation are neck and neck, what's the point in continuing to play? It just feels like I'm not making any progress sometimes..
