Just delete the signs and group them and/or draw a lot of people randomly and then you got a crowd.

Those are .plugins . To use them, you just copy or move them to your plugins folder.

You cannot extract or winrar .plugins dumdum, they do not work that way. Just effing put em in the Theotown/plugins folder directory, is it that hard?
