in the plugin store, i can't comment, it keeps saying the same thing on every plugin; "you are not allowed to comment on that plugin" did a moderator do this or is it just a bug?

Have you logged into an account? If you scroll down in the popup menu, there is a place to do that.

if i wasnt logged in, the comment thing wiuldnt say "you cant comment on that plugin", it would say "log in to comment" or something like that, would it
