What happened to left-hand drive?

I've recently re-installed TheoTown after taking a break. I can no longer find the option to use left-hand drive roads.

Has this been removed? If not, where can I find it now?

Be cautious, existing multi-lane roads won't be affected by that setting since they are basically one-way roads.
