Rerelease it! Its finished and already implemented before. Also, I think it should come up as an individual IAP like the Go-Cart and Forester's Lounge.

I think the 4x4 Fountain was removed because while it may look good on paper, the scale of the design to 1 theotown person is extremely unrealistic. (I havent actually seen the 4x4 fountain, but imma assume that the fountain is roughly 2×2 or 2.5×2.5 tiles, and then paths fill up the rest of the 4x4)

No, the reason is because its placed in the wrong package.

i think the 4x4 fountain was fine, it could be useful in big plazas
