Well.. I think that that's too far
I didn't care if I had to pay diamonds every time when I want to place a building, or when I payed 3k diamonds for plug-ins, because I understand that Lobby needs money etc.
But 2 diamonds for every tunnel tile? It's too much..

I feel sad that I will never going to test and build using a tunnel, what if Lobby allowed a test for a short period of time, for example allowing unlimited use of tunnel let say for only one map just to see how it works and then charge diamonds for extended use in another map.

I think this is quite a fair system as it lets the user experience sort of a demo before buying it with diamonds. I just hope Lobby read this though.

My suggestion for IAP implementation is at least let the first one be free and then charge it for the next, for example place one deco for free then charge the next one for diamond. This isn't too complicated to implement.
I rarely make plugins now, but I still make them in spare time.

At least he doesn`t make us paying for Plug-ins, it is the only thing wich keeps Theotown alive right now...

Well, plugins are free anyway [except if it charges diamonds]. The only problem with plugins are the texture space though, since it is limited. You pay them with texture space lol

It should be free because making it cost diamonds is a lose/lose scenario.

Community is sad/Lobby makes no more than what he already makes

I dont understand why Lobby all of a sudden thought that this was gonna make him money.

Personally, it should be around ' airport price range '
Kinda end-game stuff...

Where It's like very expensive in money per tile, so when you can't afford a full tunnel. You may watch some commercial / buy some bucks, etc. Instead. Might/might not work...

Thee point is nobody wins by having tunnels cost gems. Players are upset and Lobby gets no money because nobody is gonna pay money for some tunnels or play the game daily to save up. It's trying to draw blood from a stone and goes against what Lobby and Theo always wanted with TT, all the features except some decorational will be free.

I know I sound harsh in my comments but there is no point sugar coatings it.
