hello everyone I would like to know how you do to create a region of a country where other, there is software to do it? and I wanted to ask you if you would not have the world map (all continents) as "tribute to multi" thank you in advance.

Go to "tips and tricks" and see creating region using console(I think it is there) Or if you are using the newest version, there should be a create region button.
