This is brilliant, the game just keeps getting better and better every update, 1 suggestion i would like to see is for user mods, similar to CS & SC where users can share mods for others to us.

I don't think it'll be possible, as Lobby said it's pain in the ass to create every single thing for mods

There won't be conflicts from non premium to premium cities.

We currently work on a plugin system. You might not create new functionality, but at least you might add very own buildings and share them.

You will have to put text and image files into the TheoTown/plugins directory, which already exists 8)
