An interim name. I nuked two sections of town and allowed some demonstrations and riots to occur before re-beautifying and increasing the density of the sectors.

Previously in 228:

I tried nuking a nuclear plant again. It took over five minutes to resolve. Screen frozen all that time. Two or three piano pieces played. Came back with a screen white with snow (or a hundred saved up rain showers all played at once).

This shot is of the area all cleaned up and the nuclear plants replaced. Had to act quickly as over half of the city was without power and UNHAPPY! Just built them right over the ashes, no need to clear it for power plants. Usage was at 250% from some other nuclear plants in the industrial zone.

Plugin system. I used Pixly for the graphic (still learning) and JSON Genie FREE to make the json file. I called the folder Blotch.

I think they are greenies capturing water vapor with those giant yellow screens. In game, the clouds are always moving through the whole structure.

The update said more cars, but actually I have about 7,000 fewer on the road with update 232. Enough less that I can remove some highway sections Doing the same with the more effective high schools. I had had to double up some high schools in dense portions of town.

Maybe not, due to a bug some versions ago some former premium buildings spawned without addons.

No, I haven't bought any plugins. Those buildings built themselves when I had version 130 running. I couldn't place them myself though.
