Vâlcea, the capital city of the Republic of New Transilvania

Vâlcea is composed of 2 parts: a Western one and a Eastern one. The Eastern one is completed and the Western one is under development. There will be the commercial downtown of the country with insanely tall skyscrapers. A Chrysler Tower and a One Raffles Place are planned.
