I found a city in my 2nd region that I never made, and didn't even unlock yet. There was a big ben and the tower of pisa, which are monuments. I did never use any kind of these "Wahrzeichen" (German idk the english version of this) buildings and I would not because it's a video game with unique in-game money to unlock, which I cant afford to loose. I looked it up on another phone with a base version of the game, there was none there, and now I'm here to ask if that is canon or if I should be concerned.
Also, one of the buildings was built -11 days ago, which is impossible. The city is in 2007. And I don't know how it can appear to begin with.
