LOAD CITIES EMPTY [PC]

hi i play on pc i have this city where i play on everyday my last save was last night then the next morning i looked into the load cities panel and see my created city isnt there anymore. PS the save file is still there in the game folder

Try removing Everyday.city from the folder and renaming Everyday.city.backup as Everyday.city. Everyday.city.store# files if they are there may also be tried, but they will be older backups than the backup one.
