Major Bug on Region Loading

I Started a new region with custom made region borders. I anticipated to play the map since I have a lot planned for it. after loading the region, the map borders were flipped 180° and every custom made border was made useless.

I tried a second time, using 30 diamonds. I did a different map, but the same results came out.

note : I only split the maps where there are rivers, while the map generated after creation isn't
