Bug with online regions

All online regions in poor resolution.

This region I upload 2 days ago:

And now this region blurred:

It's an optimisation measure for faster region loading and generation.

This is not an optimization, this is a bug

Apply this optimization to newly loaded regions and keep the old ones normal

For optimization, you can change the less important functions of the game. For example a gallery of photos, make a limit on the size of regions.
