version has been hacked

when i'm not online the game works fine. as soon as I connect I restart the games, immediately "THIS version has been hacked" even if I can delete it from my cell, reinstall from google play store, even delete the file in the cell. I even buy the PC games on steam I use the same tale. on pc all are well. I recreate an account on theotown and then I link the 2 PC accounts and my mind on the cell "This version has been hacked" but if the cell is not associated with any account, all is well .......... ........ WHAT TO DO if anyone can restart my account at 0 I would be very happy
