[Fixed] Losing Population

I've been having this problem since yesterday. My city had like 12,000 population, I was building some highways to connect to my industrial area and suddenly I started to lose population, when I noticed I had 9,000 and I didn't do anything or delete anything either, the only way of getting my population back is to build more residential but i after a while i start losing again or else I keep losing people, anyone know how to fix this? This was fixed in the new update I think, or it was my game or something like that
