Please, do something with building's generation engine

Please, do something with building's generation engine. It's​impossible to make a new city without debug mode. The same buildings are being built close to each other and it looks very weird. At least, it's not a whole quarter of barbers, like it was in old Dorechevsk.
Please, can you bring back generation engine from older version (240-250, I forgot when this problem appear). I'll be very grateful

Why only new building are spawning now? Where are old buildings that are not a part of Building Packs?

Okay, we actually had the intention that the same building are likely to be build multiple times in direct neighborhood. In reality, cities are often built like that. Any other opinions on that topic?


About spawning of new buildings: The probability of them is actually not higher than the probability for existing buildings. I suspect that it has to do with the fact that we don't have much level 2 commercials of size 1x1.

Where they all built at the same time? In that case our system to detect near duplicates may fail, so that would be good to know.
