Can't make in-game screenshot.
Actually the game make it but don't save. I think the game can't find correct directory path. Device - wiko wax.

What happens when you click on "Show it" after the screenshot was taken? If it shows something then it has been saved, the question is, where...

I click a button to take a shot, the game freeze for a second and then nothing. I did not see "show it". I search with total commander any file modified last minutes but find only game saves.

Does the app have permission to write to external memory? Maybe not enough free space? Otherwise I've no idea.

The implementation uses the standard directory for pictures and creates a TheoTown directory in it:

I've updated the game - same problem. I've reinstalled, installed not-from-market version, moved to external and internal memory but nothing change.
Maybe it's because device memory system. Micro-sd card are used as phone memory and usb-drives attached with otg-cable can be used as sd-card. I don't know how it actually works, as russian say "через жопу"

Huge map, about 60k habitants. But also i've try to shot Buteo town - same problem.
BHW sometimes when i taking screenshot the game crashes because of not enouth RAM.

Actually, that same thing happened to me when I tried to take a map screenshot of Sedile. The following notice I got is "Unfortunately, TheoTown has stopped". My theories are either the insufficient RAM size required or the game itself

About the RAM-problem, there's nothing we can do about it. The picture is just too big to fit into memory...
If a lower resolution is suitable you can enable lower screenshot resolution in the settings.

I can take a full screenshot of a huge map at full resolution no problem, but the file size is 37 mb, too large to upload here, so I set the game to use lower resolution.

Ah, I misunderstood you. As we have no idea what might be the issue it would be interesting to know the logcat output of TheoTown while doing a screenshot. But in order to get it you would have to install AndroidStudio. Not convenient if you don't plan to use it otherwise
