I don't know what this is for I made a plug-in to test it but couldn't find it even if I destroy my whole city
Probably this is for stuff like "condition" or "action"
Since that makes more sense

It's the tag for destroyed ground after fires and catastrophes. Ex. The meteor crater.

Yes, destroyed is the garbage when a house got destroyed or also meteorite craters. However, there's no use in adding own ones as the game picks them out by id instead of availability.
