How can I apply fun to all buildings?

You can't

You would have to override the id of each existing building to do so.

You can't overwrite what's published in the plugin store, right?

You can if you know the ids. The problem is any such plugin would depend on other plugins, so couldn't be published in the store.

A better idea is to just raise the taxes for Ttt buildings to 20%. They will soon go dark.

That might be able to be done via lua, but I wouldn't know how.
