Okay, I'm sorry to whoever posted this amazing work on the TheoTown Gallery, I don't have your name. I do t know you either. I'm sorry!
But as you can see in the screenshots, the plugin I am talking about is the highway barricades. They look pretty cool and realistic and I want to try them out in my town. I have been wanting these for a while now and I just don't know where to find them. If you could help me that would be great!!
I think I just need the name of the plugin and the creators. Also sorry to the guy's photo I posted here! I hope you can forgive me.
