HELP NEEDED FOR A PLUGIN

Hi,

Right now I want to write a code for a plugin, but I don't have that much experience, so I came here seeking some help.
I want a code for a train station that could be similar to the code for this train station:

I want the trains to pass through the building like in this example. Being able to connect the railways to it is something that I need to learn.
Also, I want to make my own modern train, but again, I need help with the code.
I will really appreciate any help.
