I was wondering if we can get some American Rowhouses im doing a american city during the Robert Moses era basically just shove a highway through a poor minority neighborhood and through downtown too also you gotta cut off that waterfront too. And its all elevated....Oh i was getting off track about them row homes now heres what they look like.

I do not think that it is possible with any plug-ins, yet.

That would literally translate for an entire AI.

Maybe, but it definitely is possible. AI checks where it can begin building, starts building dirt roads and zoning. Adds services if detects they don't exist.

So basically, a Lua AI could build a city. However, some optional factors in city-building such as aesthetics could be the worst possible because what matters is that it must be functional. Correct?
