I like that you have thought about it before publishing a plugin using it.

For cars we give you permission to reuse them as it makes a lot of sense for your own plugins. However, please don't forget to state the source for them (me and theo in this case) when you present the plugin in the forum.

I recommend using frame stealing, but I know that it might be a bit complicated if you do it for the first time. The idea behind it would be:
1. Create an own animation that steals one frame from an existing car. I posted some ids of existing cars in this thread. Frame stealing is explained in this thread.
2. Use this animation in your building plugin.

The other, much more beginner friendly solution would be to use this image as source:
